Compassion: Giving, Receiving, Renewing - a retreat with Stephanie Dowrick. Music and meditation with Kim Cunio to be held at Inner Space Retreat Centre, 150 Macarthur Drive, Wilton, NSW

This spiritually inclusive retreat will provide a rare opportunity to deepen your understanding and practice of compassion - so much talked about and not so frequently understood or practised.  The retreat will combine talks and teachings from Stephanie with music, chanting and meditation from Kim Cunio, world-renowned for his exquisite understanding of the power of sound (and silence) in our spiritual development.  There will also be ample time for led, walking and silent meditation.

Inner Space is a  welcoming and very comfortable retreat centre set in 12 hectares of bush, about an hour's drive from Sydney.  It is run by the Brahma Kumaris and we will benefit from their peaceful, generous company, but this is not a Brahma Kumaris retreat.

The cost is fully inclusive of delicious vegetarian food, comfortable accommodation and all teachings, but participants are asked to provide their own linen (sheets, towels) and to bring writing materials and a meditation scarf or shawl. Numbers are strictly limited.  The cost is $320 and as costs have already been kept to a minimum, we regret there are no concessions possible. All enquiries to Inner Space, 02 46308124 ext 31 (Phillippa) or wilton@bkwsu.org  The retreat begins at 6pm Friday and ends at lunchtime on Sunday.
