In Sydney? Seeking spiritual depth and community?
Inspiration that uplifts and sustains, together with genuine spiritual community, can be found at our beautiful universally inclusive services held each month on the THIRD SUNDAY at 3pm (January excepted), at Pitt Street (264) Uniting Church. Sublime music from Dr Kim Cunio & Heather Lee. The liturgies are written and led by Dr Stephanie Dowrick, Interfaith minister and best-selling writer.
Our services began at Pitt Street Uniting in June 2006 and offer an unconditional welcome to all those seeking an ethical, sustaining spiritual community. Our teachings are universal and always uplifting. These services will speak particularly strongly to all those seeking greater meaning in their lives, whatever their original – or continuing – faith journey.
You can also join the wonderful Elizabeth Lecoanet – Musical Director of “Sydney Sings” – for an hour of community sacred singing before the service, 1.15 – 2.15pm. (No cost and a glorious experience.)
(264) Pitt Street Uniting Church, Sydney, is one block from Town Hall. Cross street is Park.
You can catch up with past talks from the services on interfaithinsydney YouTube – and some glorious music! Please share your insights on Stephanie’s Facebook page. Please note that Reverend Dr Dowrick also leads spiritual retreats twice-yearly at Mana Retreat Centre, Coromandel, New Zealand (http://www.manaretreat.com)
